Guccifer's greatest triumph is keeping his identity a total secret.

REAL OR FAKE: These Computer-Generated Images Look Like Just Like Actual Photographs

The most spectacular hacker in the world today goes by the handle "Guccifer," a seeming portmanteau of "Gucci" and "Lucifer."

Despite the playful name, his/her list of Internet exploits runs long and deep. Guccifer's victims include political figures like Colin Powell and pop culture icons like Candace Bushnell.

The hacker got the greatest amount of media attention for finding and releasing photographs of former president George W. Bush's new hobby – painting.

Guccifer has frequently communicated with The Smoking Gun in the past, where his IP address was traced to Russia.

But this is no indicator of where the hacker may actually call home.

He's very likely using proxy servers or Tor to conceal his true location.

It’s mango time in Kona again, with the fifth annual Mango Festival scheduled for this coming Saturday at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay.

“Mangoes – the richly hued summer orbs that seduce island residents each year with their juicy flavor and fragrance – will be showcased in a variety of horticultural and culinary activities,” organizers said. “In addition, festival goers can enjoy mangolicious treats and smoothies offered by vendors. “

The theme of this year’s festival is Mangoes & Mantas with displays on agricultural sustainability and marine conservation from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This year there will also be an amateur recipe contest where local residents will demonstrate the use of mangos in salads, entrees and desserts. Foodie blogger and cookbook author Sonia Martinez will oversee the event.

Summary

The arrest of Los Zetas leader Miguel "Z-40" Trevino Morales marks the most significant capture involving a Mexican organized crime leader since 2008.

On July 15, Stratfor sources confirmed Mexican and U.S. media reports saying that Trevino was arrested in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas state, and that he was being transferred to Mexico City.

Reports indicate that he was arrested late July 14, though that has not been confirmed. At least one source claims Trevino's nephew was also arrested.

Trevino became the leader of Los Zetas, one of Mexico's most prolific and most territorial organized crime groups, sometime in 2012 shortly before then-leader Heriberto "El Lazca" Lazcano Lazcano was killed by the Mexican navy. Trevino's arrest could change Mexico's criminal landscape substantially if Los Zetas begin to unravel in his …

MEXICO CITY (AP) — The Mexican government announced plans Monday to invest about $100 billion in rail, road, telecom and port projects over the next five years, including Mexico's first high-speed rail links.

"Mexico can be the great logistics platform for Latin America," Transportation Secretary Gerardo Ruiz Esparza said. "We have to create significant savings in the time and cost of transporting goods."
